Philosophy
Change is hard and we know that anytime you decide to hire a new printer it is a decision that is not taken lightly. We strive to ensure that the decision to use Performance for the first time or the decision to continue using Performance over the long haul are ones that can be made with confidence.

Our company philosophy begins and ends with satisfying our customers, from the initial introduction phase all the way through to the final billing of a project or program. We put the right personalities and the right minds into positions that enable them to provide a sense of confidence and comfort for all of our customers and prospects. Experience and manufacturing capabilities are a necessity, but they can be matched by other printers. What cannot easily be attained or replicated is the sheer desire that one organization, such as Performance, can have for pleasing its customers.

Quality Control
At Performance, we encourage and expect people in all areas of the company to proactively control and improve our processes. We believe that effective quality control requires communication, involvement, understanding and commitment at every level of the company. People are held accountable for their roles in quality assurance.

The management team establishes goals and direction with respect to quality (based on measures and current company and market needs). They also assess company progress in quality policy and quality goals.

The quality manager leads planning and implementation of quality systems and controls, as well as creating and updating quality procedure documentation. He or she also defines in-process and final product quality measures and specs required for special jobs and food grade projects. The manager tracks quality issues (spoilage or complaints) and ensures corresponding corrective actions are implemented and supports manufacturing operations by having QA Technicians provide quality checksthen keeps area managers and supervisors aware of needs, problems and changes in quality systems in their areas.
